Samco Sport x Baggsy Instagram Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
The giveaway ends on 31st December 2023. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
Participants can enter the giveaway by following @SamcoSport on Instagram, sharing the giveaway post to their story, and liking the post. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and contacted via direct message on Instagram within 7 days after the giveaway ends. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen.
The prize includes a unique set of special edition hoses from Samco Sport, coloured in the Baggsy signature scheme, along with signed merchandise from the SB13 shop by Baggsy.
Samco Sport will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner. Any additional fees or taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
By entering, participants agree to allow Samco Sport and Baggsy to use their Instagram handles and any submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
Any personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.
Participants are allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same participant will result in disqualification.
Samco Sport and Baggsy are not responsible for any technical issues, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any damage or loss incurred during prize shipment.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and decisions made by Samco Sport, which are final and binding.
