Samco Sport is proud to confirm the renewal of our technical
partnership with the Pata Maxus Yamaha WorldSBK Official Team for the 2026 FIM
Superbike World Championship season.
As part of the agreement, we will continue supplying the
team with our high-performance silicone hose technology, designed to deliver
durability, heat resistance and reliability in the extreme conditions of
WorldSBK competition.
For 2026, the team will once again campaign the Yamaha
YZF-R1 WorldSBK, with Andrea Locatelli and Xavi Vierge forming the rider
line-up. Locatelli remains a key force within the Yamaha project, consistently
fighting at the front, while Vierge joins the factory squad following four
seasons in WorldSBK with Honda HRC. Together, they bring experience, speed and
strong podium potential for the season ahead.
